RFLP

PTC provides RFLP testing to private clients by request (or as the laboratory sees necessary) as well as other laboratories in need of additional testing or comparison with previous RFLP results.

PTC uses Hae III restriction enzyme and has the following loci currently available: D2S44, D10S28, D17S79, D4S136, D7S467, D6S136, D5S110 and D1S339 (subject to change).
